Delivery Fees

Enjoy delivery for €3.99 to France on all your orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping and Delivery

Here's how the process works:

  • Processing time Please allow 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Friday) to prepare and ship your order.
  • Delivery times Delivery takes on average between 4 and 8 working days (Monday – Friday) after dispatch, via trusted partners such as La Poste.
  • Tracking number Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with your tracking code. This may take up to 24 hours to become active on the tracking page.
  • You can track your package at any time using your tracking number, which is available in the shipping confirmation email.
  • Order deadline 12:00 PM

Order Reception and Management

Once your order has been delivered, it's time to enjoy your product! In case of unforeseen circumstances, here are the solutions we offer:

  • Return or exchange If you wish to return or exchange an item, please consult our Return policy to find out what steps to take.
  • Defective product If your item arrives damaged, we will send you a replacement free of charge. In case of a recurring problem, we will issue a full refund.

Lost Package?

If your order is not delivered or is lost in transit, we will send you a replacement. If your order remains missing after 60 days, we will issue a full refund.
